Booked for my son’s 21st birthday for a family get together. The house is amazing and so spacious. The large “party” room made the place with the karaoke, sauna room (which we didnt use but looked good), large table and hot tub just outside meant everyone could be together without it being crowded. Bedrooms were clean and facilities excellent. Hazel and Tom were great hosts even when the fire alarm went off when cooking breakfast for 20 – sorry Hazel and thank you for your quick response. I would 100% recommend.

Spacious fresh clean house well equipped except hand towels.the large well equipped kitchen made cooking easy, and was also great for getting a caterer in too. The large social room gave lots of spaces for relaxing and having fun. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean . The pool was a nice addition giving even more space to enjoy .

Photos dont do this place justice, We had a great time for a weekend hen party definitely recommend, even the weather was fantastic for march which is always a bonus.

Swimming pool next door was just great aswell

We had a fantastic time staying at Belton House for a Hen Party last weekend. The house is so spacious, very clean and well equipped. We hired the hot tub and karaoke machine which added to our wonderful experience. Hiring a slot at the swimming pool is also worth it! Hazel and Tom communicated well throughout the booking process and also as our date got closer. All 15 of us said we would definitely book to stay at Belton House again. Thank you x

Booked for colleagues who are working in the area, the house very clean, comfortable and well equipped, a home away from home. Hazel and Tom were very accommodating with our requests and we have booked for the team to stay again.

4 families (17) stayed over a very hot July weekend. House and facilities were great. loads of space with excellent games room, hottub and indoor pool. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at Belton House for two nights for my Hen Doo and had a truly wonderful experience. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Hazel, who gave us a thorough and friendly introduction to everything we needed to know about our stay.

Hazel and her husband have created something special—they should be incredibly proud of Belton House. The property is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay.

The bedrooms were spotless, with cozy, comfortable beds and fresh, clean bedding and pillows. The addition of en-suite bathrooms will be a fantastic upgrade and make the experience even better.

The outdoor area was equally impressive—well-kept and inviting. We opted for the hot tub, which we thoroughly enjoyed, and the karaoke machine added a fun touch to our evenings.

Overall, our stay was absolutely amazing. We couldn’t have asked for more!

a heated indoor pool, a games room, so much space for 8 of us in a beautiful part of the country and was perfect for my dads 50th birthday would highly recommend to anyway. Thank you Hazel we will see you again for sure.
